Order Processing & Handling
Processing Windows
All orders placed before our 12:00 PM EST cut-off are processed the same business day. Orders received after the cut-off, or on weekends and holidays, will be handled the following business day. Standard processing time is 1-2 business days to ensure each treat is packed with care.
Warm-Weather Handling
To protect the quality of our organic treats during warmer months, we include eco-friendly insulation for items prone to melting. We may occasionally hold shipments over the weekend to prevent heat exposure in transit, ensuring your pet's snacks arrive in perfect, pet-safe condition.
