How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our tracking portal. You can also view status updates in the 'My Orders' section of your account profile.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are securely encrypted for your protection.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing the order. Once an order is in 'Processing' status, we cannot guarantee modifications.

Do you offer subscription discounts?

Yes! Our 'Zummie Rewards' subscription program offers a 10% discount on every recurring order. You can choose your delivery frequency and pause or cancel anytime through your dashboard.

How do I use a gift card?

During checkout, enter your unique gift card code into the 'Promo Code or Gift Card' field. The remaining balance will be applied to your total. Any leftover balance can be used for future purchases.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If an item in your order is unexpectedly out of stock, we will notify you immediately via email. You will have the option to wait for restock, swap it for a similar item, or receive a full refund for that specific product.

Our organic treats are grain-free and made with limited ingredients to minimize allergy risks. If your dog has a known sensitivity, please check the full ingredient list on the product package or website description.

How long is delivery via Zendrop/DSers?

Standard delivery typically takes 7-12 business days once processed. We work with premium fulfillment partners to ensure your organic treats arrive as fresh as possible.

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the UK. We are working on expanding our organic reach to more pet lovers across the globe soon.

Is shipping tracked?

Yes, absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your pet's treats every step of the way.

What are shipping costs?

We offer flat-rate shipping of $4.99 on all orders under $50. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

My package is delayed

While we strive for perfection, external factors can occasionally cause delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, please contact our support team.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we do deliver to P.O. boxes via standard postal services. Please ensure your box can accommodate larger supply packages if ordering bulky items.

Change of address

Address changes must be made within 4 hours of ordering. Once your supply of treats has been processed for fulfillment, we are unable to re-route packages.

Returns & Refunds FAQ

What is the return window for my order?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened items for a full refund or exchange within this period.

Which items are not eligible for return?

Perishable goods such as organic dog treats cannot be returned once the package is opened. Gift cards and certain hygiene-related pet supplies are also non-returnable.

How do I start a return process?

To initiate a return, please email our support team at support@zummiepets.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes, we offer exchanges for non-perishable supplies. Please contact us to check inventory availability. We will process your exchange once we receive the original item in its unused condition.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

What should I do if my items arrive damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us immediately at support@zummiepets.com. We will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
